All creatures, great and small

OK, we've talked construction, and we've talked plants, so that means we're overdue to talk about my favorite: animals!

If you know us, you know we love animals! And life just isn't fun without a little variety, which is why over the years we've had dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, horses, ponies, donkeys, cows, and goats! We've had to slow down a little the last few years, but as our kids start getting a little older, it's slowly becoming easier to invest more time back into the animals. And we are really excited to also have some additional acreage that will allow us to expand a bit more than we ever have!

Although we have a few big projects to
keep us busy this year, we're already planning ahead. If YOU had a say in what animals we should get next, what would you pick? Since we unfortunately don't have unlimited budget or time, we try hard to focus on animals that are multi-purpose and can "earn their keep" so to speak. Our animals currently provide food, security, pest control, weed control, manure, etc. And since we have young children, safety is of course always the top priority. But we have also been known to occasionally assign bonus points for things like being just too-darn-cute to resist!

So what do you think we should branch into next? If you stopped by to visit, what type of animal would you love to see?

What animals would you like to see at Red Barn Revival Farm?
